Meet Mindenes: everyday support for your new business

Customers, quotes, tasks, marketing and AI assistants in a shared workspace. We are building Mindenes to help you keep track of everyday business responsibilities. Watch the short introduction.

You start a business with an idea, a skill and the ambition to find your first customers. Soon you also need to answer emails, prepare quotes, remember deadlines, plan posts and gather documents for your accountant. You can find yourself doing several different jobs in a single day.

We are building Mindenes to make those responsibilities easier to follow. The idea is a shared workspace where customers, quotes, tasks, documents and digital assistants can connect. The short video above introduces what we are working towards.

Why does this matter for a new business?

In a startup or a newly established small business, the person talking to a potential customer may also prepare the quote and deliver the work. Having the next step clearly recorded can make a difference.

Who needs a call back? Which quote is waiting for a reply? Where is the material the customer sent? When the answers are spread across emails, messages and notes, picking up an enquiry can mean searching all over again. A shared workspace can help you see the connections and hand over a task when someone joins your team.

It can also help you follow a business opportunity from the first enquiry to the next agreed action. That is the kind of everyday work Mindenes is being built to support.

What are we bringing together?

The Mindenes website presents these connected areas:

  • Customers and enquiries. Who contacted you, what do they need and how far have the discussions progressed? Customer relationship management, often shortened to CRM, helps organise these details.
  • Quotes, tasks and deadlines. Each enquiry should have someone responsible and a clear next step. Relevant documents should stay connected to the same piece of work.
  • Brand and marketing. Keep your brand materials, communication direction and planned content alongside the tasks for your campaigns.
  • Financial and bookkeeping preparation. Documents and payment statuses connected to the work can support your overview and help you prepare material for your accountant.
  • AI assistants and automation. Support for summarising information, preparing text and documents, and connecting repeated steps.

External services need appropriate connections. Sending an email requires a connected email account, for example, and issuing a real invoice requires an invoicing service. We explain the current testing limits below.

What do we mean by an agent?

An agent is a digital assistant set up for a particular task. It might summarise an enquiry or prepare a reply using the information you provide.

Imagine someone sends a long email describing the website they want. An assistant could organise the requests, highlight unanswered questions and prepare a short response. You review it, make changes and decide what can be sent.

In the Mindenes introduction, Nova helps people find their way around their tasks and prepare documents. For these digital colleagues, it matters which information they can access and what they have permission to do. Prices, deadlines and commitments to customers remain your decisions.

How a connected workflow could look

Here is an illustrative example. A small service business receives a website enquiry. It records the potential customer and their request, then gathers the details still needed for a quote.

Those details can support a draft reply. After the discussion, tasks and deadlines are added alongside the quote. If the job goes ahead, the working documents and payment-related tasks can stay connected to that customer too.

The benefit is continuity: when you return to the enquiry, it is easier to understand what happened and what comes next. The Mindenes website illustrates this through enquiry, quote, completed work and payment. The customer data in the demonstration is fictional.

Start with the part that causes the most difficulty

Your main difficulty might be preparing quotes. For another business, it could be scattered customer details or keeping marketing materials organised. Choose one area and first clarify how that work should move forward.

The Mindenes guide suggests starting with a first customer, a quote or a bookkeeping package, then adding other parts as your work requires them. Especially early on, it helps to understand why you use each feature and where it fits into the day.

Where is Mindenes now?

Mindenes is currently in closed testing, with access available by arrangement. Public registration and live purchasing are not available. Only fictional customer and business data may be used in the private test. AI and external connections depend on the configuration of the particular test workspace. Real payment charging and automatic invoicing are not activated.

This video is a teaser explaining why we are building Mindenes. The product website and user guide, currently in Hungarian, describe the available features and limitations.

Take a look at Mindenes and tell us which business task you would like to make easier first. If you would like to join the test, use the contact details on the website to discuss access.
