The voice

Eighty-two episodes.
And what comes next.

The VProperty Podcast is a series of property-market conversations — typically 45–58 minute episodes with people who work in the trade. Two things live on this page: the show itself, and the consulting for anyone who wants to start their own.

The show

Conversations about what sits behind property

Why a property is worth what it's worth, what the bank looks at, what actually happens behind a sale. Not news — connections.

Long, not quick

Typically 45–58 minutes, one subject taken all the way. People tune in because that one subject matters to them. Short clips serve this — they don't replace it.

Guests from the trade

Valuer, banking specialist, lawyer, agent. People who actually do the work — not people who talk about it.

Eighty-two episodes

The channel was never a campaign, and the next episode is coming too. The first episode isn't the hard one. The eightieth is.

Where to listen: on the YouTube channel. According to research for the Hungarian media authority, YouTube is the primary platform for 70% of Hungarian podcast listeners (NMHH, 2024 survey) — the show is where the listener already is.
Podcast consulting

You'll record the first episode.
The fourth is the question.

Close to half of all shows stop after the third episode — that's what industry measurements suggest. Not because of the microphone. Because there's nothing behind it that produces the next one.

I have eighty-two episodes. What I sell is what comes after the third.

This is for you if

you know your trade and you have no show. You're an agent, a valuer, a lawyer, an accountant, a mortgage broker, an architect, a developer. If your show is already running, this isn't the one — the episode review is.

Why me

I come from the same trade.

I'm not a marketer who also takes property clients. All eighty-two of my episodes are about your trade.

I'm not theorising.

I know what happens around episode seven when the momentum runs out. I went through it myself.

I have a routine for it.

Those episodes taught me what has to happen before, during and after a recording. That's what you get — not ideas.

step 1

Clarify

Freeone conversation and one page

  • we sit down for an hour: do you need a show at all
  • if you don't, I'll say so — you don't pay for that either
  • if you do: who it's for, about what, and what you can sustain

You get the summary even if we stop here.

if you already have a show

Episode review

One-off feefive episodes, stated in the quote

  • I watch your last five episodes and write down what I see
  • I show you where the listener switches off
  • I tell you what can be reused from what you already have

The smallest way in. We start nothing — we look at what's already there.

the main work

Launch

Fixed pricescoped to the work, stated in the quote

  • we write who your show is for, in one sentence
  • you get twelve finished episode titles, in order
  • you get a guest list, with the outreach email written
  • I tell you what kit you need — and what not to buy
  • you get the engine: calendar, templates, checklist
  • we do the first three episodes together

The goal is that you can do the fourth alone. Not that you keep coming back.

after · optional

Care

Monthly feeonly if you want it, cancel anytime

  • every month we look at what works and what to change
  • I find guests ahead of time so the queue doesn't run dry
  • we reuse it: short cuts, a newsletter section
  • we measure — not the views, but whether it brings enquiries

I build the system to run without me.

What I don't promise

I don't promise audience numbers. My own channel isn't a mass show either. If you want to buy a large audience, this isn't it.

I don't sell equipment. I'll tell you the minimum, the buying is yours — and you probably need less than you think.

I don't edit for you long term. I help with the first three episodes, then the process is yours. If that becomes a separate service later, we'll talk about it separately.

What to write
  • 1What trade you work in — and who the show would be for.
  • 2What it would be about — one subject you can talk about for forty minutes.
  • 3How much time you can give it each week. This decides the format.
