All amounts are starting prices in Hungarian forints, excluding VAT, for the stated scope. The final proposal is fixed-price. Third-party subscriptions, hosting, AI usage and optional monthly care are charged separately. New requirements are quoted in advance.

How the work goes
Four stages, each ending in something you can hold
No “let's see how it goes”. Every stage has an output you can look at and take with you — even if you do the next stage without me.
We work out what we're building
We discuss who will use the solution, what task it should handle, and what should change in your work. Should it generate enquiries, replace manual steps or operate as a service in its own right? That is our starting point.
What you get: one page describing the task, the user and the intended outcome. Yours, even if we stop here.
Fixed scope, fixed price, fixed date
I write down what gets built in the first version and — more importantly — what doesn't. The first version is the smallest solution that lets you try the essential task. Price and date attach to that, not to an hourly rate.
What you get: scope, price, schedule and the list of what's left out. No stray extra invoices.
Every two weeks you see something that runs
I don't send status reports, I send a working part you can try. The other half is built alongside it: the process, the owners and the metrics that will show whether the thing works. If something turns out to be the wrong direction, you hear it early.
What you get: a testable version every two weeks, an open task list, and every account in your name.
I leave it so it runs without me
Launch, training, documented processes. We agree what the first three months require, and what signal means it's time to change something. I can stay on with monthly care — but that's a choice, not a condition.

Frequent questions
What people ask most
Will you take my idea?
No. The idea and everything built from it are yours — we put that in writing from the first minute. We can start with a non-disclosure agreement if you want one.
How long until I see something?
The clarification page takes a few days. The first testable version is typically measured in weeks, not months — because the first version is deliberately small. The real question isn't when everything is finished, but when we find out we're heading the right way.
I'm not technical. Is that a problem?
No. We use plain language to discuss who the solution should help and how. I explain the technical options and the decisions they involve.
What if the idea turns out to be wrong?
I'll tell you, and early. That's what the clarification stage and the two-week loops are for: changing direction after a month is far cheaper than letting go after a year. If it isn't worth building, I'll say that too.
Can I count on you afterwards?
Yes, but you don't have to. After handover I can stay on with monthly care, or you can just call when you need me. I build the system to run without me.
