What material do I need?
Start with a short description of the task and available sources. Work to organise the knowledge base is scoped separately. Do not submit confidential documents or credentials in the first form.
Can it send messages or change data by itself?
Actions and approval points are defined for the specific task. The task-performing package includes human approval; a demonstration does not authorise live actions.
Can AI make mistakes?
Yes. We agree suitable checks and tests, including where professional and outgoing material needs human review.
Are AI usage fees included?
Listed amounts are one-time net starting build fees. External subscriptions, model usage, hosting and optional care are separate.
When can we start?
We agree the start and schedule based on the task, sources, access and capacity. The committed schedule is recorded in the proposal.
